- We ask you to only upload 3D models and other content where you own or have cleared intellectual property rights, and are not of violent or adult nature.
- You are allowed to sell your 3D models on multiple platforms or marketplaces, provided that you are the legal owner of the content and comply with intellectual property rights. However, 3dBrute is not a marketplace for resale; it operates as a content distribution platform where revenue is shared between 3dBrute and the content owner.
- If you believe that a 3D model or any other content violates copyright or other intellectual property rights please report a violation. Once we receive a copyright infringement or illicit content notice, we investigate the notice and react within 48 business hours.
