Eligibility for a refund:

  • The request is submitted to [email protected] within 7 days of purchase.
  • The product does not match its description or preview images in a significant manner.
  • Crucial model parts, details, textures, or files are missing.
  • The model was mistaken for a physical/tangible object, and the digital file has not been downloaded.
  • When requesting a refund, please indicate the order number and the problem encountered.
  • Refunds are not available for orders paid via cash payment methods (e.g., local cash transfers or payments through an in-person agent). Please ensure that the product details meet your expectations before completing such transactions.

After receiving a refund request, 3dbrute commits to processing the request within 3 business days.

In the event of a refund, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of the purchased product files and may not keep or use them in the future.
