• Model is mistaken for a physical/tangible object and the digital file has not been downloaded.
• When requesting a refund, please, indicate purchase order number, the problem encountered.
• After receiving a refund request, 3dbrute commits to process the request within 3 business days.
• Refunds are not available for orders paid via cash payment methods (e.g. local cash transfer or payment through an in-person agent).Please ensure the product details meet your expectations before completing such transactions.

In case of a refund, you are legally bound to destroy all copies of purchased product files without the right to keep or use them in the future.
